How It Works
Custom orders follow a simple process — no surprises, no pressure.
Tell Us What You Need
Fill out the form below with as much detail as you have. Size, function, leather color, hardware preferences, any tooling or personalization you want — the more you give us, the better we can quote it. If you're not sure about some of it, that's fine too. We'll figure it out together.
We'll Reach Out to Discuss
We'll follow up within a few days to go over the details, confirm the scope, and give you a quote. If anything needs clarifying we'll work through it then. No obligation at this stage — if the quote doesn't work for you, no hard feelings.
We Get to Work
Once we've agreed on the details, you've confirmed the order, and we've collected the initial deposit, it goes on the bench. Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current queue - we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you posted along the way.
Delivery & Final Payment
Once your piece is finished, you'll get a chance to review it before it heads out. From there, final payment will be collected and the item is either shipped or available for local pick-up.

Commission F.A.Q.s
What kinds of things can you make?
Wallets, belts, bags, sheaths, holsters, journal covers, masks, straps, key fobs, dog collars, hats — if it's leather and it's reasonable to make by hand, we'll give it a shot. If you're not sure, just ask.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends entirely on the piece — materials, complexity, and time. Simple items like key fobs or card wallets start around $40–60. More complex pieces like bags or tooled sheaths run $150 and up. We'll give you a firm quote before any work begins.
How long does a commission take?
Most pieces take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and where you fall in the queue. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we confirm your order and update you if anything changes.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of half the final agreed-upon total is required before work begins, to cover material costs. The remaining half is due once the project is completed and you've had a chance to review it, prior to shipping or local pick-up. Currently accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Square, or cash for local pick-up.
Can I see progress photos?
Absolutely. We're happy to send photos at key stages — especially for complex pieces or first-time customers. Just mention it in your request and we'll make it happen.
